Make a Mini Comic with Author/Illustrator Terry LaBan - Teens In-Person

Learn how to make your own mini comic with Terry LaBan, author and illustrator of graphic novel, Mendel the Mess-Up!

During this workshop participants will first learn a bit about Terry LaBan's career and books, and then move on to the principals of cartooning. This is a hands-on workshop where students will get to practice some of the fundamentals of cartooning and will create their own complete mini comic by the end of the session.

Students leave familiar with some cartoon fundamentals, the mini comic they’ve created, and the knowledge of how to make more.

For students entering grades 7-12. 

Space is limited. Registration is required.
