Adult Discussion Group In-Person

This new facilitated discussion group for adults will bring people together for thoughtful conversations that promote personal reflection and group connection. At each meeting, conversation facilitator and community member Art will introduce topics that encourage participants to engage in meaningful discourse. Discussions will focus on the common theme of pursuing one's happiness, such as trust, coping with stress, values, self-identity, dealing with life's challenges, authenticity, and maintaining positive relationships. 

Group leader Art W brings his experience as an educator, counselor, and support group facilitator to HVL. With this group he aims to explore the various aspects of life in a communal forum that encourages conversation in a comfortable and safe setting that benefits and uplifts group participants. 

This program is intended for adults.
