Family Yoga & Mindfulness In-Person

Join Ms. Nakesha for Family Yoga! Explore yoga poses and breathing techniques in a fun and engaging way while enhancing family connections.

Please remember to wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in and plan to be barefoot on the mats. Socks are acceptable. Please bring your own mats, if possible. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow.

For families with children ages 3-12. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Nakesha V. Moore, MD (she/her) is the owner and founder of Breathe Moore. Her passion for making yoga and mindfulness more accessible to young people started when she found out she was going to be a mother.
