Join diabetes expert Lisa Rosan, RN, BSN, CDCES in this engaging class where she will guide you through the five essential tools for diabetes management including nutrition, movement, monitoring, medications and sleep/stress management. Throughout the session, you'll gain valuable insights into how these tools impact your body and learn numerous practical strategies to keep your blood sugar levels within a healthy range. By the end of the class, you will not only have a better understanding of diabetes care but also the confidence and skills needed to take charge of your diabetes health proactively. 

Lisa Rosan is a registered nurse, a diabetes care and education specialist, and health coach. She has been caring for and educating children and adults with prediabetes, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes for over 20 years. She is the owner of Left Right Diabetes Coaching, helping empower people with diabetes to live healthier lives.
